This suite was designed to modernize operations for clubs across Nigeria by replacing manual processes with a unified digital ecosystem. The project consisted of two primary mobile applications: a Point of Sale (POS) Tablet Application for front-of-house staff to handle orders and payments, and a Manager Application for administrative oversight and reporting. The solution focused on reliability, offline-first architecture, and seamless financial reconciliation using local Nigerian payment gateways.

• Led the development of mobile modules for both the POS and Manager applications using Flutter, ensuring a consistent codebase across Android and iOS platforms.

• Translated high-fidelity Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter widgets, optimizing the experience for both tablet (POS) and mobile (Manager) form factors.

• Engineered a robust data layer using Retrofit to consume RESTful APIs, handling complex data synchronization between the local device state and the backend server.

• Architected and implemented GitHub Actions workflows to automate building, testing, and linting, significantly reducing manual deployment errors and accelerating the release cycle.

• Managed the deployment pipeline, successfully preparing and submitting alpha versions to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, managing signing keys, and ensuring compliance with store guidelines.

• Unified Payment Infrastructure: Integrated Paystack, Squad, and Moniepoint to provide redundancy and flexibility, allowing clubs to process transactions via card, transfer, or USSD seamlessly.

• Role-Based Access Control: Distinct interfaces for "Staff" (POS capabilities, order entry) and "Managers" (financial overviews, staff management).

• Real-time Order Management: A reactive order system that allows waitstaff to punch in orders on the floor which instantly syncs with the kitchen/bar display systems.

• Automated Reconciliation: Built-in reporting tools that aggregate daily transactions across all payment channels for simplified end-of-day accounting.
